As a Third Party Administrator (TPA), we act on your behalf and select products from a wide range of providers. Our value proposition is based on the ability to customize your basket of benefits and tailor your plan to provide you with what is required. We also work with licensed insurance brokers who can arrange insurance plans to suit your needs. In addition to being able to choose your benefits, we can consolidate all of your billing into one invoice, coordinate all the plans offerings through our office and simplify your administration for on-boarding, employee changes and termination. As a TPA, we pride ourselves in managing your claims to ensure payment, proper application of your benefits and most importantly, to protect your plan from fraudulent claims to shield your plan from cost penalties. Our staff act as your hands-on support team to adjudicate, administrate and coordinate your benefit programs.
